About

Jessica Schutten is currently a lecturer at the Department of Communication Science at VU University Amsterdam. After receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration and Organization Science, she went on to obtain a Master’s Degree in Policy, Communication and Organization, focusing on social network analysis, organizational commitment and conflict strategies. Her main research interests concern organizational communication and organizational identification, specifically internal communication with regard to virtual workers (teleworkers) and multi-level identification of employees.
