Costs

The fee for the Summer School on Longitudinal and Life Course Research of 2014 will be 400,- euro.

The fee includes:

  • Lectures and discussions led by experienced researchers
  • Computer lab sessions
  • Coffee and tea
  • Lunches
  • A welcome dinner on Monday, 25 August
  • The welcome drinks on Monday, 25 August
  • A public transport card to get around in Amsterdam

The fee excludes:

  • Hotel accommodation (for hotel suggestions, see ‘Other practical information -Where to sleep’)

Application

The closing date for applications is 28 March, 2014. You will receive a notification from the Summer School staff that your application has been received at the end of the online applicationform and you will hear whether you have been admitted on 11 April, 2014, at the latest. The fee (400,-) must be paid via bank transfer to account number below before 1 July, 2014. Do not forget to mention the referencenumber of the Summer School: 2653907

  • A motivation letter (why do you want to participate in the Summer School? (No longer than 1 page)
  • Your CV
  • An abstract of the topic of your work (What is your research about? No longer than 1 page)
  • One academic reference (A letter of recommendation by an established academic)
