This year the Talma lecture will be giving by prof. dr. Gjalt de Graaf together with  Alexander Rinnooy Kan, Dutch politician, businessman and mathematician who served as Chairman of the Social and Economic Council from 2006 to 2012. The title of the lecture is 'Dilemmas in public governance'.

As for the FSS research prizes, this year FSS will award candidates in the following categories:
1)    master thesis prize,
2)    dissertation prize, and
3)    the FSS research prize (bi-annually)
