onderzoek

In mijn onderzoek richt ik me vooral op samenwerking en kennisdeling in sociale netwerken, en dan vooral in een online omgeving. In recente projecten heb ik gekeken naar de manier waarop ondernemers kennis delen in en deelnemen aan online communities; welke rollen mensen in online communities op zich nemen; hoe we kunnen verklaren dat online communities functioneren ondanks hun vrijwillige karakter; samenwerking in kennisintensieve teams (in de keukens van twee sterrenrestaurants!); hoe organisaties sociale media kunnen gebruiken; en hoe sociale netwerken kennisdeling en innovaties beïnvloeden.
